Thank you for shopping at Magnetic Whimsies! We are delighted to create custom magnets for you. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we handle the shipping process and timelines for your orders.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Please note that this does not include weekends or holidays. Once your order is received, I will begin creating your custom magnets, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship.
Custom Orders: If your order includes custom designs, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for us to finalize your design. Any orders that involve custom artwork will be confirmed with design proofs shared with you prior to production. Custom designs do not include individual photos uploaded for each order, but rather designs where I have been asked to design the artwork for the product.
2. Shipping Methods and Rates
We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Available for orders within the United States. The cost is calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery location.

Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): For faster delivery, choose expedited shipping at checkout. Additional fees will apply.
Shipping Carrier: I use trusted carriers such as USPS, FedEx, or UPS, depending on the best rate and delivery timeframe.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, so you can monitor the progress of your package. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact me for assistance.
4. Shipping Delays
While I strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as weather, carrier delays, or holidays. I am not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
5. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. If an address is entered incorrectly and a package is returned to me, you will be responsible for paying the shipping charges to resend the order. I cannot issue refunds or shop credit for orders that are returned due to incorrect shipping information.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact me within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. I will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but please note that any claims for lost or damaged items must be initiated with the shipping carrier. I will assist you in filing a claim and issuing a replacement or refund if necessary.
7. Order Modifications
Once your order is processed, I cannot make changes to the items or shipping method. If you notice an error in your order, please contact me as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate any changes before the order is shipped.
8. Returns and Exchanges
Because all of my products are custom-made to order, I am unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if your product is defective or there is an error in your order, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item, and I will work to resolve the issue.
